official event of Mayor Antonio R.
Villaraigosa’s Celebration of African American Heritage
Month. Over 150 new films plus 100 fine artists and craftspeople from
around the world. Includes a Children's Fest, Student Fest, Spokenword
Fest, Comedy Night and Fashion Show. February

8th Annual Asian American talent show
features artists like Justis Kao, Connie Lim Band, Million Dollar
Babies, Quest and others, along with special guest performances by
Roscoe Umali and guest comedians Amy Anderson, Sheng Wang, and more. Kollaboration
serves to promote Empowerment through Entertainment.

Giveaway: Zombie Joe's "Poefest" Poe-Fest is a groundbreaking, three weekend-long
homage to the late-great master of horror Edgar Allan Poe and two of
his most dynamic tales: THE TELL-TALE HEART and THE PIT AND THE
PENDULUM. Each of his frightening tales of terror are told,
word-for-word, in a stylized "performance fusion" with the group's
signature staging, choreography, and an original musical score.
